Bread base, tomato and cod, washed all with olive oil and accompanied by olives.

A hole is made in the piece of bread. Oil is put generously, the tomato is squeezed and with the lid of the bread that we have extracted in the cut it is soaked so that it is impregnated of all the flavor by the rest of the bread.
It is very typical the accompaniment of the salted cod, the dressed olives and some radishes.
There are other versions in the accompaniments such as ham, sausages, cheese, sardines, herring and even in season the raw green beans.
It is very appetizing for children to sing only with oil and sugar, or with cocoa.
