Description
Another of the typical desserts in the area. Consumed preferably in Holy Week and Christmas Holidays.
Ingredients

1 kilo of butter

1 kilo of sugar

1 whipped egg white

Grated lemon
-
Brandy to taste

Ground cinnamon in small quantities

Flour

Pinch of salt
Preparation
First the butter is kneaded until it is loose. Then the other ingredients are added, and it is still kneaded or beaten (never with an electric mixer) incorporating at the same time the flour, all that it admits. When the dough is loose and homogeneous, they are patted on the table in order to make the dough consistent and being ready to spread it and create the dogs with the corresponding molds. These are placed individually on brown paper which in turn is placed on top of a large baking sheet. The dogs in the preheated oven take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to make. They are made when they look cracked and a little golden.
